The goal of Walmoo is to help small and medium-sized enterprises to grow and improve their relationship with customers, by using smart and personalized loyalty programs, as well as to provide customers the opportunity to comfortably identify themselves in several places by using a single profile, and to get bonuses from the places they visit.

In response to the growing demand and the need for local consultants available in all regions of the world, Walmoo has announced the launch of a global partner program. The Walmoo Loyalty Expert Partner Program provides new opportunities for solution developers and distributors, individual merchants and solution integrators to offer and successfully implement loyalty solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises through the unique Walmoo customer loyalty platform solution. Participation in the Partner Program is free and partner has the opportunity to be in full control of consultations, implementation and service. A White Label (an individually branded solution for the partner) option is also available.

Here in Walmoo, we realized that small and medium-sized enterprises need an easily accessible and modern loyalty program solution that ensures realization of customer loyalty programs by using modern technology options. The solution should be easily implementable, without high implementation costs, as it tends to be with traditional POS systems, without long-term commitments but with a monthly payment that is adapted according to the amount of usage. In small and medium-sized enterprises it is particularly important, because they are highly dependent on their monthly income. Our loyalty system is offered as SaaS (Software as a Service), which means that, first of all, the customer does not have to worry about the technical solution, as we provide and maintain a ‘cloud’ and, second, the implementation process is easy enough for it to be carried out by anyone – there is no need to hire a programmer or another person of technical expertise. However, experience has shown that a large majority of companies want to receive advice in planning the loyalty program and development of bonuses. It is quite a tricky thing that needs to be perfectly scheduled in order for it to function effectively and to provide benefit for the parties involved – both the company and the customer. Not only the entrepreneur’s lack of time, but also the need for an expert’s view on the loyalty solution is the reason why the companies prefer professional advisors. Therefore, we have come to the conclusion that local loyalty experts need to be provided with appropriate tools in order for them to be able to help their business client not only to plan, but also to implement the loyalty program solutions technically easy.

Walmoo customer loyalty solution

The Walmoo solution consists of Android and/or Web based terminal apps and a web based administration panel for businesses. For customer identification there are a few options to choose from i.e. an NFC card or tag or printed or digitally stored QR code. Another unique thing about Walmoo is that it’s the very first solution which allows for businesses either to provide their own custom NFC loyalty card or use ANY contactless bank card, transport card or loyalty tags their customers may have already in their wallets! They just register their existing NFC tag by swiping next to the Walmoo terminal and start using it as a loyalty card. So in the cities where there is a contactless card for public transport, like Oyster in London, people can use the same card in stores as their loyalty card. Walmoo will work for multiple business. The idea is to have all small business in an area using Walmoo for their customer loyalty. That way, it is only one QR code or card for the customer to use, and it builds support among small businesses in the area.

Information about the Partner Program

The Partner Program may engage any interested organization who wishes to take the opportunity to offer its customers innovative loyalty solutions, thereby helping to develop and implement a individual and customized loyalty program.

  • Participation in the partner program is free of charge. Everything that a partner needs is to create a free profile via business.walmoo.com, contact us so that we can read and understand the partner’s situation, wishes and plans, as well as to learn to work with the Walmoo platform in order to introduce high-quality solutions to its customers.
  • We offer a Revenue Share model of cooperation, which means that we will pay the partner a % share of the business customer’s monthly payment. This payment has no time limit – as long as a company is our customer and uses our solution, we will share the income with the partner.
  • The percentage distribution depends on the partner level:
    • 10% of the future revenue is obtained by all partners immediately after registration
    • 15% of the income is obtained by all the partners who have undergone a *Walmoo partner certification
    • 20% of the income can be obtained by Certified Partners, whose total amount of monthly subscription fees of registered customers amounts to at least 1000 EUR monthly.
    • 25% of the income can be obtained by Certified Partners, whose total amount of monthly subscription fees of registered customers amounts to at least 5000 EUR monthly.

    *Walmoo Partner Certification – it is a procedure during which Walmoo provides the partner with training and practical tasks in order to verify the partner’s competence.

  • After successfully passing the examination, the partner becomes a certified partner, which gives him several advantages:
    • The opportunity to earn up to 25% of the subscription fees of registered clients
    • The opportunity to be published in the Walmoo website’s partners section in order to increase the likelihood that persons interested in the solution will find them.
    • We will forward the information and contacts sent by the potential customers, in order for the partner to continue working with the customer, in case the potential customer is located in the same region as the partner.
  • The partner certification is a paid service, which costs 500 EUR. This enables each partner to conduct high-quality training and an aptitude test, as well as shows the partner’s commitment to give serious consideration to this cooperation.
  • The White Label solution is individually negotiable, depending on the partner’s wishes. All 4 available applications (Administration Panel, User Portal, Android application for companies, Web Terminal application) rebranding (design customization) can be developed within 2 weeks.
  • All partners have the opportunity to plan, configure, implement and maintain loyalty solutions to their customers without the involvement of Walmoo, because all the necessary tools are available in an online self-service environment.
  • The partner can freely choose its individual hourly rate and the service fee for planning, configuration, after-sales support and consulting services to be requested from its business customers. Walmoo expands its operation in the UK

This partner programme launch announcement comes together with Walmoo’s expansion in the UK by opening its first office outside its country of origin. Walmoo will be operating from TechHub @Campus (4-5 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4BX, UK), the global community and workspace for tech entrepreneurs and startups. This is mainly done in order to have a chance to be next to the potential and existing partners, program participants and, if necessary, to provide support by both onsite consultations and visiting potential customers to provide consultations in non-standard situations.
