- At last there is an option to create business account from mobile app Walmoo mTerminal . Fill a short registration form and it’s done! All pre-configurations are done automatically so you can start trying out Walmoo

- We have improved the way business can register new NFC tags in the system for using to identify customers. (We have mentioned before that Walmoo allows to register in the Walmoo system ANY NFC tag which is out there. The only requirement is that is has to be readable from smartphone (and few more technical things like Mifare Classic 1K won’t work mand UID can’t be Dynamic – that’s another story for more tech mined guys). Anyway, here in Latvia we have quite a lot of those NFC cards out there already. Like RIMI supermarket loyalty card, Narvesen ID loyalty tag, Sigulda’s municipal citizen ID card, Riga’s municipal citizen ID card, Citadeles bank card, Public transport NFC cards (E-talons) and few more which can be used to identify customers for business who is using Walmoo platform. (Small secret – we are working on so that Latvia’s national eID card can be used as well – that will be working very soon 🙂 ) More about NFC technology and similar topics very soon in our Walmoo Knowledge base and Help desk. - Now you can contact us straight from mTerminal app using chat function. You can ask any questions any time and we will try to answer you straight away. Write text or record audio message.

- Small thing but sometimes can get very handy is that now you can unlink device from business account from mobile application’s side. Until now that was possible only from Administration Panel which sometimes can be impossible and frustrating. After you have unlinked your device you will be able eithr to link it to antoher existing business account either to create new business account.

- Antoher very important upgrade is an option to use static QR codes for customer identification. That means that it’s possible to start using Walmoo with even less investments as now you can generate and print your own QR codes and give those for your customers. Before that there was only NFC tag option or option with mobile application hich does generate QR code. To start giving out your QR codes to your customers you have to create new customer profiles in Administration Panel (business.walmoo.com) Customers-> Create new customer, then select all the created customers and export their QR codes in image & .csv format. After that just unzip the file and choose either to print those on regular paper or make it more appealing in your own way 🙂

3. Select new customers and click Download static QR
4. Save & uznip the saved file
These are just the most important things we have improved but there are a lot more to make Walmoo experience better.
